How do I find a Replacement Battery
Well, I'm not sure how to find a laptop battery. Or even where to start. I have a knockoff Sony Vaio and I'm not sure where to even start looking for a new battery, or what I need to know in order to find a compatible battery. On my current battery the writing is just chinese. So where do I even start? The laptop was free, but it doesn't work with the battery in it so I think the battery itself is defective. I'm currently using it by just connecting straight to the outlet at all times, but as it is a laptop this can be inconvient.

But it is just like the Chinese iPhone and iPad. I got it for free and if I even get 3 months use out of it, the battery would be worth it.
